At Rapide Bevrachting, we believe that good employer practices go beyond just creating a pleasant working environment. We also consider the safety and health of our employees and those around us to be of great importance. That is why we invest not only in our services, but also in the people who make a difference every day.
Recently, seven employees successfully completed a CPR course from the Dutch Heart Foundation. During this practical training, they learned how to act when someone suffers a cardiac arrest. Both the correct resuscitation techniques and the safe and effective use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) were covered in detail.
By acquiring this knowledge and these skills, our colleagues are better prepared to act quickly and responsibly in an emergency. In the event of a cardiac arrest, a quick response can be vital. Taking a CPR course not only increases the confidence to take action, but can also actually contribute to increasing the chances of survival when every second counts.
Socially involved
As an organization, we believe it is important to take our social responsibility. Therefore, we support the Dutch Heart Foundation not only by training employees, but also through our sponsorship of the organization. In this way, we are pleased to contribute to initiatives that promote safety and health in the Netherlands.
We are proud of the colleagues who have successfully completed this course. Their commitment shows that involvement does not stop at performing our work, but is also visible in the willingness to be there for others when needed.
